Founder/Co-Owner

A dedicated, committed, and driven individual with a strong pursuit of performance excellence has taken his years of passion, management and service to create a new vision of service expectations for the team. With 25+ years of production, property and facility management, and leadership in both residential and commercial services, John has been an integral part of the growing team’s continued success. John continues to educate and evolve the team to the next leaders.

Jen

Vice President/Co-Owner
A supportive well versed business professional with an extensive history of sales, customer service, software system administration, combined with system and process improvement, Jen manages many aspects of the business behind the scenes. She manages all technical and software system related items including the customer portal, licensure, assets, contracts, financials and employee relations.

JOHN IV

Turf Division Operations and Production Manager

John the 4th (aka J4) began his professional career joining the family business. John has a strong desire to learn and excel in his craft of this trade and continues to advance his responsibilities within the Turf Division. He has successfully been servicing customer properties and holds a 3OT state certification. He receives compliments from customers on his great customer service and personalized interactions.

John exhibits great attributes bringing a youthful vibe to the team. He exhibits strong common sense and logic, genuine care and concern, and lives out our core values doing what is right in the interest of both the company and our valued customers.

TANNER

Turf Division Territory Service Rep

Tanner joins us after beginning his career in the auto service industry. After several years of learning a service industry he understands providing exceptional service experiences and exceeding customer expectations.

Tanner enjoys playing video games, watching sports especially soccer and football. He enjoys the outdoors, playing disc golf, climbing, hiking and enjoying the beauty of nature. He likes spending quality time with family and friends. He is a kind and caring individual with a high degree of respect for others.

BLAKE

Turf Division Territory Service Rep

Blake began his career in the concrete business. He enjoys learning new things. Blake changed his career path to join our team!

Blake enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with friends and family.
