  • Start-Up Services
    We prepare your irrigation system for the season with a thorough check and calibration. This includes activating the system, testing all components, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Shut-Down Services
    As the season winds down, we safely shut down your irrigation system to prevent damage from freezing temperatures. Our team will drain the system, winterize components, and ensure everything is ready for a smooth restart next season.
  • Repairs & Maintenance
    Whether you have a broken sprinkler head, a leak, or a malfunctioning controller, our experienced technicians provide prompt and reliable repairs. We quickly diagnose issues and offer effective solutions to keep your system operating efficiently.
  • Backflow Service and Filing
    Most cities require an annual inspection of your irrigation’s backflow system. It is an essential process to ensure contaminants do not flow backward in your drinking supply. Most cities require this inspection be completed by someone certified by the state and pay a fee to file according to the city’s specific rules and regulations. IHOS h certified staff and files the inspection accordingly to each city in our service area.
  • Existing System Corrections or Enhancements (such as additional zones, zone modification or adding a drip system)
    Property changes sometimes impact an initial irrigation set up. Landscape projects may require changes.

Program services continue from year to year unless otherwise notified in writing of the desire to discontinue receiving service. Any services performed before discontinuation notice is received will be billed and payment will be due upon receipt. Refunds for services paid for, but not yet performed, will be given less any discounts, credits, credit card or processing fees, and returned via the original form of payment. All prices for services and program are quoted at a per application price + applicable sales tax.
